Camping Gamer Style

5/03/06 Camping Target for the Wii!
I GOT ONE! I GOT ONE!I arrived to the shopping plaza 4:45 Am later than I wanted and I was nervous I was too late when I seen the lines formed outside Bestbuy and Toys r us- I drove by the people wondering why are they there? Dont they check the Wii finder for Best buy they dont have any at that store! However I kept driving (I figured they wouldn't believe me anyhow)Toys r us didn't open until 9am so I went with Target who I called the night before to make sure the online info was correct and they infact had some in stock~
NOONE was there! Like a abandoned western town I begin to second guess myself when one guy showed up and we looked at each other for about 10 min before I got my hubby to go ask if he was here for the Wii- he was! YAY!So I pulled out my camping chair my smokes and my homework and went in the FREEZING cold to get my Wii!About a hour later people starting showing up- Said the people at Bestbuy came out and said 'I dont know why ya'll people are here, we dont have any Wii" HA HA HA I knew my online Wii finder wouldn't let me down!
Now I wait- We have no idea how many they have but I know I'm first inline! WOOT! I know I'm red and frozen too!
7:15am Target opens at 8am we now have 30 people waiting for the Wii-Lady comes out "We only have 16!" I get my ticket! YAY YAY YA!I'm tingling! Is it cause I'm getting a Wii or because I'm solid ice at this point?
8:01- Lady comes and has us line up "No fighting" she says follow me-Customer service desk~ "We have 6 controllers one per person- if someone payment fails to go thru next in line gets the Wii"
No issues here! I got my Wii and my one controller and like a happy frozen clam I march over to daydream about the games that will soon follow! Oh and a nice HUGE starbucks too!
Now...Do I wait until Yule?oh man oh man!
