In Game boyfriend/Girlfriends?
As a parent I know the time will come when my kids are talking about boys and girls they like, but I'm not sure what to think about this online dating stuff.
My kids don't have online BF/GF yet- but I did walk up on Emer's computer and seen someone chatting to her about their brother likes her and gave her a gift worth 5 gold. She just responded "But I don't like him like him he is just a friend"
Makes you wonder about if the people you play online with are really who they say- She knows not to give out any personal info and they really may be all her age- Lord knows I wouldn't be able to play like that unless I was a kid!
They stand around in town talking for hours then go do 1/2 a quest etc lol it's crazy!
However out of my two She has never been the one for games so it's surprising to see her toon is bigger than her brothers since they got their accounts on Dec. 25th
Oh man am I ready for this? I'd better be!

SCA GULF WARS!
We are in the SCA
"The SCA is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe. Our "Known World" consists of 19 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members residing in countries around the world. Members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which may feature tournaments, arts exhibits, classes, workshops, dancing, feasts, and more. Our "royalty" hold courts at which they recognize and honor members for their contributions to the group."
and even though GulfWars isn'y until March (Spring Break) We need to start getting ready NOW! I have tons of Sewing to do and all the planing and packing as well.
School starts Jan. 16th the same day as Burning Crusades!
I have so much to do...I love the WAR!

Wii Straps received!
We received our replacement Wii Straps today in the mail.
We needed two straps replaced- the one from in the box and the one from the first extra controller we bought. Our third controller strap was fine- and we have yet to buy the forth controller.
The Strap replacements came super fast in the mail! They also came with a insert sheet with all sorts on knowledgable information like "Don't let go of your controller during play"!

If you need to order some Wii strap replacements head on over to Nintendo.com and fill out the order form (you will need the code # off the back of your Wii)
