Pain in the Back!

I was hurt at work on nov 2009 they thought it was just a lumber sprain but after extreme pain and falling to the floor at work they sent me in for an MRI to find I had 3 herniated disks. I'm in extreme pain! Workers comp is the slowest medical help on earth!
Update more on this later but obv I won't be here as much as I'd love to be because it hurts to even breath at the moment :(
